Chris has an extensive career spanning 15 years in the field of property maintenance. His journey commenced in ski resort lodges before transitioning to behavioral health hospitals, ultimately culminating in multifamily housing. This diverse range of facility maintenance roles has afforded Chris the opportunity to refine his skills and gain invaluable experience across various maintenance responsibilities. In 2018, Chris joined Nxt Property Management as a maintenance supervisor, rapidly ascending the ranks to the positions of senior maintenance supervisor and presently, Director of Facilities. In these roles, he excels in leveraging his comprehensive knowledge and resources to lead his team towards establishing Nxt as the premier property management company in Utah. A native of Salt Lake City, Chris is a proud alumnus of the University of Utah, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology. During his leisure time, he relishes the company of his wife and daughter while immersing himself in outdoor activities. Whether it’s hiking, rock climbing, skiing, or dirt biking, Chris finds joy in the splendor of nature, making it his ultimate happy place.
